Amateur Skygazing Course: Learn Your Sky

THIS CLASS HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO LACK OF ENROLLMENT. IT WILL BE MOVED TO EARLY FEBRUARY 2024.

This class is an introduction to the unaided-eye Baton Rouge sky. Included will be an overview of all major sky events for the next twelve months. This one-day course focuses specifically on the unaided-eye Baton Rouge sky. Limit thirty registrants. All registrants must be over eighteen save for HRPO Apprentices; children are not allowed. We’ll go outside for some practice, weather permitting. [For ages eighteen and older. $15 per EBR-Parish Cadet; $18 per other-Parish Cadet.]
