Venusian Elongation

Periodically Venus reaches its greatest angular separation in the sky (elongation) from the Sun. This is the safest way to view Venus by amateurs. Come join us at the Burbank Soccer Complex! The planet will appear as a “half-Venus”. The Full Moon, Mars and a very bright pass of the International Space Station are also expected. [For all ages. No admission fee.]
