ALCON 2023 Star-B-Que

The Baton Rouge Astronomical Society has won this year’s hosting of the Astronomical League’s prestigious astronomy conference ALCON. Since the 1930s ALCON has been the premiere annual event where professionals, high-ranking amateurs and brand-new beginners converge to discuss cutting-edge discoveries, equipment, technology and theories. This is the conference’s first presence in Louisiana! Registrants will visit HRPO for viewing and a catered meal. [This event is not open to the general public.
