The oft-forgotten instrument aboard the now-defunct P78-1 satellite discovered a comet in 1979–a discovery which presaged the numerous machine-based discoveries of comets and asteroids during the 21st century. [Postponed from 23 August. For ages fourteen and older. No admission fee.]
