Partial Solar Eclipse

Although annular in some other parts of the globe, our region will experience a partial solar eclipse. Baton Rougeans who are (safely!) viewing the Sun will notice contact with the lunar disk sometime between 10:30am and 10:35am CDT. The event will be finished some time around 1:45pm CDT. [For ages six and older. Children under twelve will need assistance viewing the Sun in a safe manner! No admission fee.]
